Amy Hsieh lives in Toronto. She completed a bachelor’s degree in English literature at the University of Toronto. She is a part-time online ESL teacher to children in China. Her hobbies include reading poetry and learning Russian for its beautiful musicality. Amy may have admired Emily Dickinson too much and was always quite private about her writing. However, she is now actively seeking publication. Several of her poems were printed in literary journals during her undergraduate years, including Acta Victoriana, Hart House Review, and the University College Review.
